Danielle Delhaes

Coordinator, Sustainability Programs
Danielle is the director of Paedagogia Inc., a company offering consulting services in the expanding sustainability education sector. Over the last three decades, Danielle has gained a vast experience as a teacher and education consultant working with preschoolers, students, and adults. Her work spans a wide range of experiences including teaching, professional development workshop facilitation, educational and sustainability program development, and curriculum design.

She has led a great diversity of sustainability-related projects including designing outdoor classrooms, organizing and facilitating student-led Earth Day summits and environmental action plans, designing and coordinating service-learning programs, co-developing character education and resiliency programs as well as developing educational guides for documentaries and global education programs.

Danielle’s lifelong passion for Nature and her love of people and communities translates into an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to teaching and learning. Her strong interest and recent training in Biomimicry deepens her understanding of the essential role that innovative thinkers can play in shaping a thriving future for all life on the planet. Her leadership style is collaborative and focused on the belief that, like all other forms of lives, humans must create conditions that are favourable for life and thriving communities.

Her clients include the National Film Board, the Montreal Science Center, the Kahnahwake Education Center, St. George’s School of Montreal, the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and private and public schools across Canada. She also is a member of the board of directors for Héritage St-Bernard.
