Flow-State. The Zone. Whatever you want to call it, when we hear high performers
talk about their experience of that place, it often sounds mystical—as if they
happened upon it by fluke.

What if we could increase the chances of accessing a higher state of being that
enabled a level of performance we don’t often see?

In this session, participants not only learn the neurobiology that supports flow-state,
but also learn strategies that support athletes accessing that state on purpose.
