Collaboration within Networks - Closed Session - Athletic Directors - What's Your Fuel?
Let’s face it, motivation is everything. Without it—skill, knowledge and experience sits idol.

In this session, utilizing an interactive exercise, participants not only explore their own relationship with motivation, but also reflect upon how that relationship influences how they in turn motivate others.

Participants will come away with a better understanding of the mind-body-soul connection that exists during performance, and how to more effectively work with our own innate tendencies when looking for optimal fuel.

Collaboration Within Networks - Closed Session - Athletic Directors - Coaching is Questioning
For the most part, we humans don’t like to be told what to do—we don’t! And yet, so
much of the relationship between coach and athlete is built around the antiquated
model of a coach telling the athlete what to do.

What if that model limited our athletes ability to perform? What if there was a better
way to foster a coach-athlete relationship that truly empowered athletes to become
their best self?

Participants explore, though an interactive exercise, the benefits of employing a
inquiry-based approach to coaching.

Working Breakfast/Collaboration Within Networks - Closed Session - Athletic Directors - How to Access Flow-State
Flow-State. The Zone. Whatever you want to call it, when we hear high performers
talk about their experience of that place, it often sounds mystical—as if they
happened upon it by fluke.

What if we could increase the chances of accessing a higher state of being that
enabled a level of performance we don’t often see?

In this session, participants not only learn the neurobiology that supports flow-state,
but also learn strategies that support athletes accessing that state on purpose.
