Collaboration Within Networks - Closed Session - Athletic Directors - Coaching is Questioning

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

For the most part, we humans don’t like to be told what to do—we don’t! And yet, so
much of the relationship between coach and athlete is built around the antiquated
model of a coach telling the athlete what to do.

What if that model limited our athletes ability to perform? What if there was a better
way to foster a coach-athlete relationship that truly empowered athletes to become
their best self?

Participants explore, though an interactive exercise, the benefits of employing a
inquiry-based approach to coaching.
