Problems that need solving are all around us - the secret is understanding why they need solving and for whom. Armed with this knowledge, problems can be solved not only by experts, but by the children in your classroom or the adults in your staffroom or the people around your dinner table. The key to unlocking this is empathy. In this workshop where you will discover the ‘why’ behind facilitating empathy for uncovering authentic problems within your faculty as well as the practical ‘how’ of implementing empathetic opportunities for learning and leading.
