Participants will work in small groups and be asked to consider what diversity looks like in their schools; how it is infused, taught, acknowledged, and celebrated, and how this inclusion, and the acceptance of all differences, are monitored and measured.

A facilitated discussion with the full group will follow the small group conversations.
