45 minute session

In this roundtable discussion I would like to explore the challenges of building a comprehensive K-12 character development program in a busy co-ed day school from the ground up. With insights into my process and research, I will explain our school's aspirations around developing a comprehensive culture and approach to character development while managing very real constraints and considerations such as time, resource allocation, tradition, as well as broader societal pressures. As evidenced by my title, I come with more questions than answers and hope to build a network of like-minded leaders, looking to foster and strengthen the character of the students in their schools.
