Roundtable Discussion 2: Leveraging Collaboration to Drive Recruitment and Retention

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Enrolment, recruitment and retention is a major driver of school success. Where we get our students and how we keep our students are important questions. Building external partnerships to drive collaboration and tell the story of your school is an important way to grow enrolment and recruitment. Looking at models of collaboration from the book Great at Work by Morten Hansen, participants will hear about some community collaborations that have helped on local school drive recruitment and increase enrolment. The participants will then be able to share their collaborative partnerships and consider the reciprocal nature of collaboration and how to choose partnerships that advance the goals of both organizations.
