How does a school of over 550 students (Grade 8 through Grade 12) revamp the academic timetable in under a year? Vision and courage are the two essential elements. We are anxious to share our experience of going from forming a committee in September to ready to present a completely different structure by June and implement in September. At the heart, it's not about the timetable, it's managing a major change when everyone has a lot at risk. Taking the context of a timetable, come and explore the keys to success when looking at change.
