A blend of changing demographics, two-year B.Ed. degree programmes, the need for diversity, and an evolving approach to work appear to be making the recruitment of new faculty interns and faculty members more challenging than in recent years. This round table conversation starts with a review of the challenges and aims to look, collectively, at possible solutions and opportunities related to recruiting and retaining diverse, top-notch educators for our busy schools.
