Roundtable Discussion 1: St.Clement's School's Diversity Journey: Working Towards Sustainable Change

The importance of diversity to schools and organizations cannot be underestimated. Leveraging it is important for growth and change and for ensuring that all community members are contributing members. St. Clement's School began a formal journey in 2014 as a result of work with the National Coalition of Girls' School on the accommodation of transgender and gender non-conforming students in single gender schools. St. Clement's School is committed to important and sustained equity, diversity and inclusion work. This session is an opportunity to hear a brief overview of our journey thus far and to engage in conversation with facilitators and participants alike.
